When traveling by plane or Greyhound bus, a canvas bag is acceptable or is required to use equipment?
I am traveling to Canada next year, and can not afford real luggage bags, so I'm expecting a large bag or two and maybe even a backpack is acceptable to take a plane or if there Airlines stand by certain rules regarding that.
Yes, a canvas bag is acceptable to both. Being retired military, I had my duffel bag in both Greyhound and in many airlines. Just make sure that if it takes something fragile, wrap well with plastic bubble wrap or clothing around him. If you take any fluids (ie, cologne / perfume, medicine), I would recommend puttin things in zip lock bags. Moreover, obtaining a TSA approved locks so that you will be able to block the bag.
